The hotel is great with with only few exceptions. The staff are attentive and friendly, providing excellent service. The rooms are well-maintained and clean, with a balcony and sea view. The location is convenient, close to the beach and within walking distance of popular attractions. The hotel offers good value for money, making it a great choice for a beach getaway.
No major complaints, everything was satisfactory.

Hotel's location was close to main attractions like playa mamitas. You can also visit Pizza Italia that offers excellent meals. 5th Avenue neighborhood deserves to be explored.

Nice apartment, 3 swimming pools, quiet area, near beach and independent bars/restaurants. Helpful staff, clean and well-equipped facilities, close to everything but quiet.

I had a great stay at this hotel in Playa del Carmen. the location was fantastic - close to everything and just a short walk to the beach. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service throughout my stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a balcony and a sea view. Additionally, the breakfast provided was delicious and a great way to start the day.

The hotel had very affordable prices and great value for money. For a budget-friendly option, the basic amenities provided were quite satisfactory. The rooms with a balcony and a sea view were a nice touch, as they allowed for a more enjoyable stay. Additionally, the location of the hotel was ideal, being close to everything and not far from the beach.

This hotel is located in a great area, close to the beach and many restaurants and bars. the rooms and bathrooms are kept clean and tidy by helpful staff, who always greet you with a warm smile. the breakfast is simple but tasty, with toast and juice. the pools are well-maintained and offer a pleasant place to relax. Plus, the hotel provides free wifi, garage parking, and even offers discounts in selected restaurants and bars.
The hotel can get quite noisy at times due to thin walls, so light sleepers might struggle.

Clean hotel with great facilities close to everything. The rooftop pool had an amazing sea view. Reception staff and housekeeping were helpful and attentive. The hotel's location was perfect, only a short walk away from the beach and a plethora of bars and restaurants.
Couldn't find any faults at all. The hotel had good water pressure and hot water, making for a pleasant shower experience.

Great rooftop pool with beautiful views and comfortable loungers. Fast and reliable Wi-Fi in the lower part of the building. Convenient kitchenette with everything needed for a weekend stay. Good location within walking distance to restaurants and shops.
Room with a balcony facing a wall with no air circulation. Uncomfortable and lumpy pillows.

During my Christmas stay, I was pleasantly surprised by how affordable this hotel was. the staff was friendly and accommodating, and the rooms were clean. I particularly enjoyed the fact that the hotel offered a great view of the city and the Caribbean Sea. the rooftop pool was a nice touch and provided a relaxing atmosphere.
One thing that bothered me was the noise level.
